The begining of the honey
process starts in a hot special booth for the product to be in its
best conditions for the packaging.
Then, it comes in a latest technology oven which has regulating temperatures
which obtained the mix of the product.
The liquid honey is cleaned and filtering previously before the pasteurization
process to avoid the ruggedness input, which consist in honey passing
through the finest generation filters.
After the process mentioned it is stored in silos for its fractionation.
The experience of our personal and the on line assembly (instalation)
of the machines lets the product go out dated, covered up (plugged
up) and labeled in a time of 800 jars per hour. This relation includes
our two presentations liquid and creamy honey.
